OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Connie’s Pizza Chicago Bulls Ticket Contest (the “Contest”) is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin 13 years of age or older on the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsors (defined below), the National Basketball Association, its member teams or any of its affiliates, Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, Chicago Bulls Limited Partnership, and CBLS Corp. are not eligible to participate. A potential winner (but who is 13 years of age or older) that is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins at 8:00 a.m. central time on October 1, 2009, and ends at 5:00 p.m. central time on April 20, 2010. Eligible persons may enter the Contest by accessing http://www.conniespizza.com (the “Website”), clicking on “Ticket Contest” and filling out the required information. Entrants must accept these Official Rules in order to enter the Contest. Information required on the entry form consists of your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (“Entry”). Entries are limited to one Entry per person or email address. All required Entry information must be completed in full in order for an Entry to be eligible. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. All Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. central time on April 20, 2010. By entering, entrant will be added to Sponsors’ VIP list where they will receive special offers and discounts from Sponsors. Entrant may remove themselves at any time from the VIP list by checking the “remove me from list” box when entering the Contest.

  1. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners of the Contest (the “Winners” and each, a “Winner”) will be selected by random drawing on or about the 20th day of each month starting in October 2009 and ending in April 2010 (the “Contest Period”), from all eligible entries received by the Sponsors, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsors, including the selection of the Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. There will be only one (1) Winner per month during the Contest Period. Participants need not be present at the drawings to win.

  1. PRIZES: One (1) Prize will be awarded each month during the Contest Period. Each monthly Winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Chicago Bulls game during the 2009-2010 Chicago Bulls season (game to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $90.00) (the “Prize”). The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) associated with winning a Prize. All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, parking, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster or circumstances outside their control that may cause the cancellation of any Chicago Bulls game.

  1. NOTIFICATION: The potential Winners will be notified by telephone, U.S. Mail, email or overnight courier by Sponsors. In the event that the Winner does not respond to any such notification within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification, a disqualification will result and, at Sponsors’ discretion, an alternate Winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible Entries. Each potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity, within ten (10) days of date of receipt. A disqualification will result and, at Sponsors’ discretion, an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible Entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at Sponsors’ discretion, cause an alternate Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible Entries.

  1. INTERNET ENTRY: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. None of the Released Parties will be responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Contest, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Contest. Any Entries that are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Contest; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Contest as determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. If technical malfunctions or suspect entries/irregularities corrupt the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, the Prizes will be awarded from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Website will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the email address associated with the account. Proof of submitting Entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

  1. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an Entry, all participants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all Entry requirements and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, the National Basketball Association, its member teams or any of its affiliates, Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, Chicago Bulls Limited Partnership, CBLS Corp., and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and Contest agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective equity holders, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of the Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize. By acceptance of the Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsors, the National Basketball Association, its member teams or any of its affiliates, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, Chicago Bulls Limited Partnership, CBLS Corp., and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, city and state/province of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible Entries. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors. Sponsors shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prizes, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of Cook, city of Chicago, State of Illinois. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors may elect to identify Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such cancellations.
